M21-1 III.iv.4.L- •Surgical history and post-surgical residuals (hysterectomy, mastectomy, oophorectomy)
- •Frequency and severity of symptoms (pain, bleeding, discharge)
- •Treatment requirements and response to treatment
- •Breast conditions: extent of tissue involvement, surgical residuals, lymphedema
